MAUI MOVE TOTE RENTALS LLC

CUSTOMER RENTAL AGREEMENT

Thank you for choosing Maui Move Tote Rentals LLC. This agreement explains the terms for renting our reusable moving totes, dollies, and related moving equipment.

By placing an order, accepting delivery, or electronically accepting these terms, the customer (“Renter”) agrees to the following.

1. RENTAL PERIOD

Your rental begins on the date shown on your reservation and ends on your scheduled pickup or return date.

All totes and rental equipment must be empty and ready for pickup on the scheduled pickup date.

Need more time? Contact Maui Move Tote Rentals LLC before your scheduled pickup. Extensions are based on availability and may require an additional rental fee.

2. OUR EQUIPMENT

All totes, lids, dollies, and other equipment provided by Maui Move Tote Rentals LLC remain the property of Maui Move Tote Rentals LLC.

Rental equipment may not be sold, given away, loaned to another person, altered, abandoned, or disposed of.

3. TAKING CARE OF YOUR RENTAL

The Renter is responsible for the equipment from the time it is delivered or picked up until it is returned to Maui Move Tote Rentals LLC.

Please keep all equipment reasonably protected from theft, loss, misuse, and unnecessary damage.

Normal scratches and scuffs from regular moving use are expected and will not result in a damage charge.

4. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS

The Renter is responsible for equipment that is lost, stolen, missing, destroyed, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear while in the Renter's possession.

Replacement charges:

Moving Tote: $15 Each Tote Lid: $5 Each Dolly: $40 Each Other Rental Equipment: Repair or replacement cost

The Renter agrees that applicable replacement or repair charges may be charged to the payment method used for the reservation where authorized by the Renter and permitted by the payment processor.

5. WHAT CANNOT GO IN OUR TOTES

Please do not place any of the following in our rental totes:

• Gasoline, fuel, or flammable liquids • Hazardous chemicals • Paint or substances likely to leak or permanently stain the tote • Explosives • Illegal substances • Medical or biological waste • Wet materials likely to cause contamination • Anything that could permanently damage the tote

Totes should not be overloaded beyond their safe capacity.

6. CLEANING

We clean and inspect our totes between customers.

Normal moving dirt and dust are expected.

An additional cleaning or replacement charge may apply when equipment is returned with excessive contamination, including oil, grease, paint, chemicals, bodily fluids, strong odors, excessive food residue, or other materials requiring extraordinary cleaning.

7. DELIVERY

The Renter is responsible for providing accurate delivery and pickup information.

Please notify us in advance about gates, stairs, elevators, difficult access, parking restrictions, or other circumstances that could affect delivery or pickup.

Someone authorized by the Renter must be available when required by the reservation.

8. PICKUP

All totes must be:

EMPTY • ACCESSIBLE • READY FOR PICKUP

Personal belongings must be removed before our driver arrives.

If equipment cannot be collected because it is inaccessible, still packed, behind a locked gate, at a different location, or otherwise unavailable, an additional pickup fee may apply.

9. LATE RENTALS

Keeping rental equipment beyond the agreed rental period without an approved extension may result in additional rental charges.

Continued failure to return rental equipment may result in the equipment being treated as unreturned and replacement charges being assessed as permitted by law and the terms of the reservation.

10. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Maui Move Tote Rentals LLC rents moving equipment. We are not responsible for packing, transporting, storing, or protecting the Renter's personal belongings unless a separate service is specifically agreed upon.

The Renter is responsible for properly packing and protecting all personal property placed inside the totes.

To the extent permitted by law, Maui Move Tote Rentals LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property resulting from the Renter's packing, transportation, storage, handling, or use of the rental equipment.

11. SAFE USE

Moving totes and dollies can become heavy when loaded.

The Renter is responsible for using appropriate lifting techniques, not overloading equipment, keeping loads stable, and using dollies and other equipment safely.

The Renter assumes the ordinary risks associated with moving and handling loaded rental equipment.

12. PAYMENT

The Renter agrees to pay the rental price and any delivery, pickup, extension, cleaning, damage, replacement, or other charges clearly disclosed and properly assessed under this agreement.

Where permitted and authorized, amounts owed may be charged to the payment method associated with the reservation.

13. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations, refunds, and reservation changes are governed by the cancellation policy presented when the reservation is made.

14. HAWAII LAW

This Rental Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.

If any portion of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
